We are excited to welcome Kim Valenti to the Gymnast Mindset team!
Kim has an incredibly extensive gymnastics resume and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the sport of gymnastics itself. She also understands the importance of helping athletes succeed in and out of the gym. Kim’s background in the sport paired with her warmth and positivity makes her a perfect fit for the Gymnast Mindset team, and we are so happy to have her on board!
Kim Valenti, formerly Parsons, was a J.O. gymnast out of Region VI, competed NCAA Division I at James Madison University, and went on to coach collegiate gymnastics at MIT, Temple University, and the University of Pennsylvania. She has spent summers coaching camps at Woodward Gymnastics Camp (PA), the University of Alabama, the University of New Hampshire, and other USA Gymnastics clubs on the east coast.
She currently works in an administrative role in the athletic department at the University of Pennsylvania. A native of Stoughton, Massachusetts, Kim resides in Philadelphia with her husband, Matt Valenti and dog, Finn. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from JMU, and a Master’s degree in Teaching from Boston University.
Kim loves helping student-athletes develop holistically and building relationships with gymnasts and coaches alike!
